When unzipping the inside zipper pocket under the flap, the pocket is closed shut. Meaning there really isn't pocket as it appears. Finally, when I received the bag today, I realized it's missing a screw at the back of the CC turnlock closure. Other than the closure, it's a beautiful bag. I don't know what should I do now? Shall I try to return it? If I take it to Chanel will they fix it? If so, how much will it cost me. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks a ton
